Erica Reid Coaching & Consultancy

Erica has enjoyed a distinguished and varied career to date having enjoyed over 35 years’ experience in the public sector in both senior management and professional positions, including national roles with Scottish Government. She has led, influenced and supported the development of national policy and, within the NHS, had experience of delivering these policies at both strategic and operational levels.

She is an Institute of Healthcare Improvement/Health Foundation Quality Improvement Fellow and spent a year in Boston learning from international experts and visiting international high performing health care systems. This included time at Harvard University studying Clinical Effectiveness and experience at the Kennedy School of Government in the use of Public Narrative in change.

She is now embarking on a career as a life/business coach and consultant, specialising in developing motivational and strategic thinking aimed at senior level management leaders and their teams.

Erica feels a strong connection with her roots having been born on the Island of Lewis and wanted this to come through in her branding, drawing upon the strength of her heritage and conveying the 'lessons in life' this taught her and implementing those principles in her coaching and consulting methods.

This branding and website is simple in its design approach, conveying her methodology in a pragmatic and endearing way.

She asked me to illustrate the Oyster Catchers which form the basis of her logo.
